Patti’s Artful Design respects your privacy and under no circumstances will we share your personal information with any third party.
 
Payment Policy and Shipping
 
All major credit cards are accepted through Paypal which is a safe, secure way to pay for online purchases. You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal. Once your order and payment for the item is received, we will then calculate shipping and handling cost to the address/zip code that you provided at check out.  We will then contact you with the additional charge of shipping and handling.  Once this  payment has been received through Paypal, we will then ship the item to you.  We have set up this process in order to save our customers from over paying for shipping and handling chargesWe strive to charge accurate shipping fees.  If you have any questions about our shipping process, please contact us.  If for some reason after making a purchase of a product, you find that you no longer wish to purchase that product, your money will be refunded.  However, a 25% restocking and processing fee will be applied to that refund.
 
 Sales Tax:
 
8.75% sales tax applies to California residents only.
 
Custom Orders:
 
Although all items in our shop are one-of-a-kind treasures, we will try to accommodate you with a similar in style custom item. Please contact us with your unique request. All custom orders are non-refundable and do require a 50% deposit.
 
Return Policy:
 
Please note that most of our items are vintage, gently loved, or one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted items that have been many times, repurposed and renewed. We do not accept returns. We do try to describe our product specifically and to disclose any and all imperfections. If you have any questions, please ask before purchasing.
